We started Spatial Support because we lived the problem ourselves. We saw incredible products failing to shine because of boring websites, costly sales models, and overwhelmed support teams. Spatial Support turns your existing 3D/CAD into a conversational product expert online. We call the category Conversational 3D—products that can understand questions about themselves and respond with spatially aware, contextual answers. In short: products that think and speak for themselves.

How is this different from a 3D viewer or a chatbot?
3D viewers look good but can’t answer questions. Chatbots answer questions but don’t understand geometry. We fuse both: the model shows while the AI explains, so buyers and operators get clear, visual answers in context.

The CAD‑to‑language bottleneck. CAD → PDF → confusion → lost sales. We replace that with CAD → Conversational Scene → understanding → purchase.
